Defrag System Reserved partition

Does anyone know how to (if possible), to defragment the System Reserved partition pls?

The built-in windows defragmenter does defragment that partition on schedule or manually.

The Win 7 Defrag doesn't seem to be defragging the System reserved partition either manually or scheduled. Any other ideas pls.

leave system reserved partition in peace.

if you want to do it at your own risk insert linux live CD and defrag it
but doing so is just silly.
