Abnormally lag between BIOS and Windows

So this is a new build and I had some BSOD issues, boot-up problems and random shut down issues...all of which seem to be taken care of. I just have this one last issue that I am wondering about but not sure if its a big deal...

My boot time seems longer than it should with the amount of memory, SSD, and processor I have. Here are my times:

    0-15 secs BIOS
15-40 seconds (25 seconds) Black cursur flashing screen will pause and curser will flash more.
    40 - 1:06 (26seconds) The Windows startup and logo
1:06 - 1:20 (14 secs) login password and open browser.

Total time 1:20 I cant say this is horrible but 50 secs seems a long time after the BIOS to the login password. This startup time is only slightly better than my old platter HD and I have seen some people post outragous boot up times with SSD's. I am not expecting those speeds but was curious for anyones thoughts with what might be going on. I think I am more concerned because I dont remember the black screen as long on any of my other computers and the windows logo seemed quicker. But between login and browser I think is fast.

I'm have never used your mother board. The motherboards that I have use has a setting in seconds for how long the bio splash screen stay. This info should be in your manual for your motherboard.
Once you are in Windows 7 lets see what is starting up.
Start and type in msconfig and go to Start Up. How many check mark do you have. I have 4, Microsoft current version, mouse, keyboard, and security. Now slide over to the Service tab. Put a check mark in Hide all Microsoft Services. Don't mess with Microsoft Services. All I have is one of my 3rd party security programs.
You have a very nice computer.

I tried what you said and my boot time was the same (5 secs longer ill say thats me going slower typing in password) I still got the same 50 seconds from end of BIOS to entering the password. I am just concerned that there is a potential issue and want to take care of it.

I thought I would go with an Intel CPU, MB, and SSD for stability. Intell ssd toolbox cannot communicate with my ssd and the intel desktop manager shows my hd as blank. I am not sure if this might be the problem. I talked with intel and basically I have a server controller and desktop driver for it and thats why i cant use intel ssd toolbox. I dont know if this has to do with the lag or not.

That could be the problem but I have never tried it because my toolbox works as it should. Did you check in msconfig? Is this Server Controller part of your Windows 7 Professional x6. I have no knowledge of such things other than what I read now and again.
