Which program tracks the shutdown processes

There was a program with which one could track the system shutdown processes - but I forgot the name of it.

My system is getting ridiculous. It has always been slow at shutdown. That's why I set the Reg Key to 2000ms. But that does not help.

The system boots in 15 seconds but needs 2 minutes to shut down. And that from a M4 SSD and an i7 CPU with 8GBs of RAM.

If anybody remebers the program, please let me know.

Run program on shutdown
I tried to set a program to run on shutdown, but both solutions found in the Internet are for Win XP, so in Win7 they failed: placing shortcuts to Start Menu > Programs > Shutdown or using gpedit.msc (it's just not present, as soon as I can see). I also tried using the Task Scheduler but I don't...

I had a program on Windows XP that I used every time that I tried to close an application or to safely remove my external HD, when an error message appeared that said that some process is still running and I need to close it first... you all know how annoying this is. With this program I could...

Music Shuffle Plays some tracks A Lot and some tracks Never
When I select several bands or albums to play from my music collection, and select SHUFFLE, some bands/albums get played over and over again while some don't get played at all. I don't usually have the time, or ambition to create a custom playlist every time I want to hear particular bands or...

Shutdown program
I think I got a shutdown script/program from here but couldn't find it. I installed it and it allowed me to use a hotkey to get to the shutdown Windows7 window. Anyone know what I'm talking about. Got it on one of my Win7 machines and want to install it on another new machine.

A shutdown program sequence
I have a program that needs to be shut down before I shut down my comp. I have a tweak that forces shut downs but I would prefer to have an automatic shut down sequence so I can have that particular program shut down before the comp shuts down. Is it possible to create a shutdown sequence?
