    Problem with Cpu Usage

    Hello,

I open the windows task manager, go to tasks tab and see idle is using %97, and something uses %2, %1 or %0. But when I go to performance tab, at the same time I see Cpu Usage is %10, but it should be %3 or less. Why does it happen, some hidden application, if so, how to find it?

Open Task Manager and click on CPU. Then post screenshot here.

I see nothing wrong. Everything looks fine. Remember, task manager needs to use the CPU to make those pretty graphs. CPUs are designed to work at 100%, your CPU is hardly being worked according to your screen shots. Do not concern yourself until it locks up at 100%.

ZOMG! This program is using 100% CPU!1! Think of the puppies!!11!!1!1!eleven

It is an outdated problem, but I should say something, taskmanager needs to use CPU, but it also is in the processes tab, that is, it's in the part of 2% of CPU usage. However, in performance, it should show 100-98%=2% but it doesn't. It shows 10%, it WAS my problem. In other words, when system idle process is 98%, and cpu usage is 10%, their sum is %108. It should be 100%. I restarted the computer and didn't see this problem again. I only wanted to tell again what it was, not a big issue.
