Unallocated space problem: Extending C: Drive
First of all, I'd like to say hello to everyone, I am new here.
On to the problem-
I am running on a Win 7 Home basic Computer. Everything was fine, until I noticed the extremely spaced partitions, they are as follows:
C: 32 GB
D: 10GB
G: 226 GB
H: 97 GB
I: 97 GB, again.
I was running out of disk space on my C drive, about 200 MB left! I transferred all libraries to G, leaving only user and program files but still, they take up alot of space. I have no games or any other large-space-consuming softwares.
SO I decided to delete My H Drive in Disk Management, And have about 97 GB of unallocated space, BUT it is 2 partitions away from my C drive(*), therefore not allowing me to extend it. I have about 2GB free space on my C drive and I know it cannot go on like this for long. Any help, software recommendations, anything, will help.
(*) Now my drives look like :
SYS | .(OS) C: | .New Vol(G)| .New Vol(I) | .(unallocated) | .HP_Recovery(D)|
100MB | .32.72GB | .226GB | .97.66GB | .97.66GB free | .10.94 GB |
Thank you,
