Operating System : Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 6.01.7600 SP1 (x64)
 
 

right you may have to check if windows has allocated all the ram windows key +R copy and paste msconfig in system configuration box click boot tab click advanced options in ths window make sure MAXIMUM MEMORY IS UNTICKED click ok click apply in system configuration box (you may have to restart pc if you changed the tick in the previous box)

it was already unticked
thats fine then that means windows has allocated all your installed ram

may i suggest you invest in some more ram and a graphics card this will improve your system loads considering you have a excellent cpu

opps i just see you have a Samsung Notebook RV520 check with your manufacturer for ram updates and here is a good site to use to check what ram you need its called crucial RAM Memory Upgrade: Dell, Mac, Apple, HP, Compaq. USB drives, SSD at Crucial.com/uk click the scan my computer and follow instructions
