willl it harm or damage our pc , if we delete the temp files,,.

No, although some of the one-click cleaners ignore anything less than 24 hours old.

You'll probably find that some of them can't be deleted, which is normal. Many programs maintain a stash in the Temp folder and if the program is running the file is deemed to be "in use".

I don't think its harm for PC, its good for PC because it increase the speed of PC

the ones that cannot be deleted probably are being used by a program and needed somewhere.
