First SSD, What files are a waste of space?

Ive just bought a 128Gb Crucial M4 SSD, i was wondering if some one has a consise list of things i can remove off the SSD to free up space from Windows and Programs.

Can i move things like Windows Temp files/Logs etc? Do i need the Page file on the SSD, do i even need a Page file (6Gb Ram)?

I will relocate my user folder as normal to my HDD.

What else can i move off it?

Also on the subject of SSDs, is there anything i must do in Windows to accomadate the SSD install?
