Recovery Drive in Disk Fragmenter Fragmented?

I just got a new computer and this is my first experience with Windows7 and in Disk Fragmenter the recovery drive is fragmented 2% (it wasnt earlier) and if I click analyze or defrag the screen just flickers and ignores me

Is this a Problem or is it normal just telling me to leave it be?

Do not mess with the Recovery partition. That's your lifeline to getting the system back if something goes wrong. I would even remove it from System Restore.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System then click on System Protection.

I went to system protection but I didn't see any way to remove it just configure it and all that gave the options to do was up its max usage which is already at 0% or protect it which its already unprotected
