Can you post a pic of you Disk Manager?
This may or may not work for you, but it's worth a try.
1. Open cmd and run as administrator
2 Type in "chkdsk/f" and hit enter
3. Wait until it says "c:\windows\system32" again then type in "shutdown/r" and hit enter.
This will reboot your computer and hopefully the problem will be fixed!
I've read that this problem occurs sometimes when an upgrade is done.
Did you upgrade your version of Windows?
