    There seems to be no specific entries denoting an urgent scan. I think Windude's advice is good.

    Malwarebytes scans relatively fast, but that depends on how much data you have. Malwarebytes is recommended by a lot of Sevenforums members, and I, personally, have removed a lot of viruses with it.
