...Apparantly I have no system restore points on my computer.
Do you have a system image?
    I don't know...where would I find that?
If you have been using Windows Backup, Macrium, Acronis, or made one manually through Windows 7 you would have one.

Ok. Here's what you need to do. You need to backup all of your data. Try running the malwarebytes scan, but if it doesn't come up with anything, then you are going to need to do a repair install of Windows 7 which keeps most of your programs and files: Repair Install

You should see some of the computer problems I have had to fix for myself lately. Trust me, you're not alone with these problems. I had to tell someone else today to do a repair install.

The scan only found keygens that I know are not viruses and have had for a long while, now. I'll do the system repair next.

You have to run the Windows setup while your pc is on. You also need to run the Windows setup program in Vista service pack 2 compatibility mode.

Then you are going to have to clean install. If you install over your current Windows 7, then it will create a folder calleb Windows.old. In the Windows.old, all of your old data will be there. You can't use windows when it's in the Windows.old folder, but you can copy old documents and other stuff.
