    Optimize Windows 7

    so ive completed everything on this list, and my computer is like lightning...

    theres one thing on the list i need help with though, and thats:

    2. Install the Latest BIOS and Device Drivers

    i dont know where to begin on this, but heres my computers specs courtesy of speccy

    You visit your manufacturer's website (for a Dell/HP/Acer/etc) and download the latest drivers and BIOS available for your computer. Or, you visit the manufacturer website for each component (motherboard, video card, etc) and download the latest drivers (and you download the latest BIOS from the motherboard manufacturer).
