Windows 7: Changing folder preview icon

Hi,
I used IconPackager to change icon on my computer. It works great but I have a problem with folder thumbnails. When normal folders icons are simple and black the folder preview use the orange Windows 7 default icon. It looks silly.





I know that I can disable the folder thumbnails. I can do it but then also images thumbnails are disabled and I don't want that. I need the images thumbnails.

So my questions are:
1) How to disable folder thumbnail without disabling images thumbnails?
...or...
2) How to change the folder thumbnail icon used to generate previews?

i believe that there is no way to disable folder thumbnail without disabling images thumbnails unless and until you make a software of your own..
