Anomalous file behaviour - Unwanted automatic resetting
I have a folder with many files in it. I will not waffle on about why this is the case; suffice it to say that it is best if they are all in the same folder (as oppose to various smaller folders).
If I have the folder in question open, and have scrolled down (in order to find a particular file), with IE launched at the same time, if I close IE, the folder resets itself so that it is displaying the first (alphabetically) few files. This means that I have lost where I was in the folder.
Any help would be greatly appreciated because this drives me mad (not literally).
