My family have spent over 20 years in the states and I think Americans are very misjudged...never witnessed any sarcasm both from my time serving with Americans or socializing with them... I need to brush up on my US customs and ethics then... If I said hello you c***t I would understand... Oh well back to the drawing board.... Karl sorry for calling you B***y
Ok ok lets put that aside...

Now, sammy, please do what writhziden suggested above and update us on what things you have tried (as u missed some) and status of problem ie any improvement any notable thing..

Sammy, I also strongly suggest you uninstall the software Karl listed. Uniblue stuff has been known to cause issues several times. You have several wipe program, ie, Evidence Eliminator, and I think CCleaner would do the job af all of them.

You should also unplug your system and drain all power from it before replacing RAM. RAM is very delicate to electric surges or electrostatic discharge (ESD). For ESD Safety, follow these steps:
  1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
  2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
  3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
  4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working.
Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.

Go to device manager and disable your network/WLAN card. Reboot? Any good?

Please uninstall all the products mentioned here-- Slow Logon...Black screen...Icons refresh!! Win7 64BIT

You can leave soluto, superantispyware and java (most recent version)..

What about the malwarebytes and soluto report which i asked earlier??

Looks like you need the latest version of Java to uninstall Vuze. Karl said you may need the latest version; he was just worried your working version was old and not secure. Java Downloads for All Operating Systems
