The dbghelp.zip file in my first Reply is from C/Windows/SysWOW64 folder.

Here's one from C/Windows/System32 folder.

Have you tried running it as admin? Its probably 'preparing' for the update which for some reasons require elevation. Atleast it requires me so.
You can also try reinstalling it since the missing file is now there, it shouldn't complain or malfunction after the reinstall.

I ran into this same problem, but the fix for mine was replacing the missing .dll in SysWOW64. Thanks for the great info, and download links C-11, and Hanna 1. Brand new machine, and I believe I know what caused it to get deleted. Just as BrianZion, I was running an intense 3D program.

Mine was the Unigine Heaven Benchmark, which locked on me, and I couldn't exit the program correctly. I had do a "Shift+Alt+Esc" in order to get to my desktop and shut the benchmark down manually. Unigine Heaven appears to have some issues with Windows 7 x64, and this was not the first time I've had to shut it down like that. Also, I'm running an AMD FX 8350 Vishera Black Edition CPU overclocked to 4.8Ghz, and my Sapphire R9 270X 4gb DDR5, Dual Edition cards are both overclocked beyond the factory boost.

Granted, I have the CPU water cooled with a Corsair H100i with two extra fans for a push/pull cooling advantage, and the graphics cards run incredibly cool @ 70-90% fan speeds, I believe the strain of the system due to the overclocks nearly caused a system crash. Needless to say, I won't be running the Unigine Heaven Benchmark again. I could be wrong, but BrianZion may have been overclocking his system as well, creating just enough instability to knock out that particular dll file.

I've been building, and overclocking computers for over 20 years, and there are some things that are just indicative causing system crashes, file corruptions, or loss thereof due to overclocking. High vcore, memory, VDDR, etc, voltage settings, which most gamers often tend to do, is the number one cause of system corruption and/or failure.

Again, thanks for the help C-11, and Hanna 1. Greatly appreciated!
