Shortcut to change regional settings?

Hi,
first time poster and hoping to get some help

I change the format in "Region and Language" settings quite frequently, mainly switching between 2 languages. I have a shortcut to open the Regional and Lanugage settings, but I manually have to select the desired language settings and apply the change. Is there a way to create a shortcut to do the actual change to another format/language?
Currently, this shortcut is what I use, and it opens the settings. A shortcut would be neat since I could apply a hotkey to change language with keyboard only.

%windir%\system32\Rundll32.exe Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL Intl.cpl,,0

Note that it's not the keyboard settings, but the actual format (numbers, date and time etc.)

Hope this ended up in the right forum.
