when read on it I can't tell and it seems like I only have one but 1.3mhz is slow ... so I have to assume its two if so how do I know bolth working? I notice the lowest score I get with my computer is the cpu 1.3 readeon core is what says but its amd I know when its 100percent the computer is like frozen almost

A dual core cpu has 2 cores for processing, not to processors. the two cores can split up the multitasking more efficiently than 2 processors. Also, I think you mean ghz not mhz. If your pc were 1.3 mhz, then Windows 7 wouldn't even boot it would be so slow
