I solved the problem. Whit enormous help of gregrocker.
Recently I've started to use a wireless mouse. When his usb is in port this problem appears, but when I unplugged him computer starts to boot without delay.
@ ghnogueira: try with last tip from gregrocker, about Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware, you may find a solution.
Thank you gregrocker for tips. And you ghnogueira for posting this topic.
    Cheers!
Great things worked out for you, mate! I'll try removing my mouse's (Logitech Unifying Device) usb from the notebook when I arrive at home. But it's a weird thing as I have Logitech mice on my notebooks for a long time, and even on this one I used the unifying device long before I began having the black screen problem.

    Ha! BINGO!

Mine wasn't the Logitech USB plug, but a Bluetooth dongle I bought some time ago and never noticed!

Thanks a lot for all the help, everyone!
