Laptop goes into lock mode about every 15mins

I just got a new laptop. (Dell Windows 7) My work set it up. Its a home and work laptop. It goes into lock mode about every 15mins. Its a pain to have to unlock it all the time. I have went to all the sleep mode setting to no aval. I have administrative privileges.. HELP!
    I've tried:
    Power Saver, passwords says NO
If you go to Screen Saver, where is says (On resume, display login screen) its checked but grayed out, I can not change it!
    I'm not good with DOS...

Hello Luke, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You might see if using step 1 in OPTION TWO in the tutorial below may be able ungray this setting for you, and allow you to uncheck it afterwards.

Screen Saver Password Protection -Enable or Disable

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
