Are all 'temp' files OK to delete ?

I have the following Temp folders that I know of:

    C:\Windows\Temp
    C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Local\Temp
    C:\Users\Tim\AppData\LocalLow\Temp
    C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Temp

Are the contents of these 'Temp' folders used by the system...or are they left over from operations/installtions...etc.

Is it safe to delete them....contents only...not the folder itself ?

    Thanks...TRinAz

I recommend that you run the Windows built in Disk Cleanup to delete temporary files. It only deletes temporary files that it knows are safe to delete.

    C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Local\Temp
    C:\Users\Tim\AppData\LocalLow\Temp
    C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Temp

You can delete the contents of these folders. But do it just after login. So you are not in the middle of an installation
