Stuttering Sound and Images and Cpu Usage sporadically raises

Sporadically my computer stutters in sound when listening music and whether or not i'm in game my sound and game stutters. my FPS drops and it just sounds like bzazaghga. My CPU gauge also sporadically jumps and instead of being at 2-5% when i first initially bought it.Sometimes it goes that low but it is usually at 20-30%+ now at average. At first i questioned i need more ram i only have 6 GB. Then i thought i have not cleaned my computer since last summer so i recently cleaned it and the problem persists. When i play music through itunes or any mediaplayer such as youtube or windows media player it still stutters.( I still have not upgraded my ram to 8 or 10.)When my whole game or sound stutters my CPU gauge goes up, so i'm guessing its my cpu.I only have a standard cooling fan on my cpu.
    I got McAfee btw.

    My specs are...

    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.120330-1504)
    Language: English (Regional Setting: English)
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
    System Model: X58A-UD5
    BIOS: Award Modular BIOS v6.00PG
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
    Memory: 6144MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 6142MB RAM

I'd run Speedfan and watch your CPU and other temps .. see if any are 65*C or above.

idk how to read this...i can tell u all my hardware is less then 65C

problem is i dont know what fan goes with what...
    New solution?

by the way when my computer does the spazz thing all those green bars fill up. What are they? i have 8 bars.
CPU 0 and cpu 6 are over working themselves... while the other CPUs do nothing... could that be the problem? sometimes cpu 2 and 7 go up as well but cpu 0 is always high

That is odd .. the green bars are how much the CPU/Cores are being used .. all the way green is 100%. Something has to be set wrong in the BIOS or windows or something to have these CPUs/Cores spike like that.

I noticed that you cleaned the computer recently .. I'd check agian. Shut it off & open her up, and remove any dust/dust bunnies in the CPU heatsink. An overheating CPU/Core could be the cause of these spikes/studders.

The CPU temperature was below 65*C, and i wasnt sure if i should take out my CPU fan. when i cleaned the CPU so i left it on and took out all the dust bunnies that were inside the crevices of the fan. when i had cleaned it (Which was when i had first started this post) i had not cleaned it since. Still all the 8 cores on the cpu don't all fully work together... Stuttering occurs much less barely at all. When i have Facebook open and im playing a video game it stutters randomly or when i have a browser open and a few tabs open it stutters, however my Computer specs shouldn't have a problem like this.

The main problem is idk why the all the CPU cores are working and they bounce around from like using 1&2 to 2&7...
