System Interruptions High CPU Usage and 100% Frequency? Help!

Hi. Lately my laptop has been really slow and i don't know how to solve it.
Please help me detect the problem. Thank You! I'll provide as much information needed.

Hi,

OK. Can you post a list of items in your Startup section of your System Configuration?

1. Click the Start Orb, then in the search box, type msconfig
2. Select msconfig.exe
3. Examine the Startup tab, as shown below.

Mmm. OK, what is your malware history on this PC? have you had any recent infections?

Could you please run an on-line scan using this tool please:
