Safe Disk Cleanup with external software

Is it safe to use this kind of software to speed/clean up my PC?

What's the name of this cleaner? Most of the users on Seven Forums recommend using the built in Windows 7 disk cleanup utility or the third party CCleaner because it has years of experience cleaning Windows operating systems and a great record for not destroying computers in the process. :)

Whichever cleaner you decide to use, I strongly recommend you NOT use any registry cleaners. I also recommend that before you clean anything you create a new restore point. Or better yet, a new system image just in case cleaning bricks your machine.

    It's Your Uninstaller.

This program has a high popularity, that's why I've downloaded it.

As I said, whatever cleanup tool you decide to use, please make a restore point or system image. It's almost guaranteed that one day almost any cleanup tool will delete something your computer needs to work properly. It's better to be safe than sorry.
