Hello and welcome to the forums.
I would expect you have onboard graphics of not a very powerful type. It would be easier to make any helpful suggestions if you fill in your full system spec.

You need a driver for your graphics card so you'll need to provide us with your system specs as requested by OldMX and Cyclic.

Your computer manufacturer's name along with the model name would be helpful too.

Has your system been like this from day one or have you recently reinstalled Windows?

    Windows Experience index

    Hi guys,

I have a similar problem with the desktop performance for windows aero on my desktop pc, it is also rated at 1.0 ...... My specs are: Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit, Intel® Core™2 Quad Processor Q8300
(4M Cache, 2.50 GHz, 1333 MHz), 4 GB DDR2 RAM, 500 GB HDD and I'm not too sure of the exact model graphics card I got but I do know that it is an NVIDIA 1GB NINJA(I'm at work now so I can't give you the full details of the exact graphics card but on the experience index it shows 6.7 on the gaming graphics, please can you help me find a solution to this problem?

    Thanks,
    Steven
