I believe that says 8gb is reserved for Hardware. You can check in your BIOS to see what it is apportioned to, likely video card.

This could be faulty so I would proceed with steps given to test, swap around and isolate RAM.

After using Google translate, I've established you appear to be using a computer in Norway.

Your RAM is currently allocated thus:
    1. 8222 Mb hardware reserved
    2. 1926 Mb in use
    3. 21 Mb modified
    4. 4525 Mb standby
    5. 1670 Mb free
Please read this Microsoft article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/978610

By the sound of it you may need to update your BIOS as Hardware Reserved Memory is that reserved for use by the BIOS and some drivers for other peripherals.
