Windows 7 system lets DVD player read & play DVDs but not CD's
My Hp Mini Notebook runs Window 7 starter 32bit on it
The Problem is my portable Superslim DVD player use to read both DVD's and CD's in WIndows 7.
But after I had to reinstall Windows 7 I lost that function.
Now Windows 7 wont recognize it when I try to run a CD in it (it wont show F drive.)
I have VLC installed so that Windows can reads DVD movies off my DVD player
It'll show up on Device with removable storage DVD (DVD RW Drive F:/)
But when I put a CD in it'll show nothing, My DVD player will load green light CD will spin
but windows wont recognize it.
Is there a way to get Windows 7 to recognize CD's, is there a driver I need to install?
Thank you for any help you can give Cat
