I'm not sure about SSD's when it comes to privacy but I'm getting one to put Windows 7 and keeping my personal data on my spinners. Why don't you try that?
I've got nothing that really needs wiping on my System Drive.
I think a lot of people now put their O/S on their SSD for performance but keep their personal data on the spinners.

    Exactly, easy solution.

I say put whatever you can onto the SSD. When it comes to data though, there is usually very little benefit to the extra sped from the SSD on data files....at least not enough to justify the price per MB cost compared to mechanical hard drives. The reason people put data on spinners is because they offer far more capacity, for a lower cost and provide enough speed.

Even if the memory is running at a higher speed, the AMD Phenom processor is still limited by itself on how fast it can access the memory which will affect benchmarks. Which is DDR3-1333. As an example, my new system I just got, has 16GBs of DDR3-1600 in a quad channel config. The processor's memory controllor supports DDR3-1600 allowing it to access memory at that speed. I get 7.9 in WEI all around.

Again, you can install faster memory, but you are limited by the memory controller the processor uses.

Thanks I never thought of that. So if I go with this (
    ASROCK 990FX Extreme 3 motherboard; AMD FX-8150 3.6ghz CPU 8 Core

    My score should go up.
