please help me it happens allways ..
and its fresh install windows 7 professional

Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with establishing a Clean Boot to see if another program is interfering.

If this is preinstalled Windows 7 you should also Clean Up Factory Bloatware or do what most tech enthusiasts do with a bloated computer and Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Why pick out one step in over a dozen given to troubleshoot Windows 7?

Explorer crashes can be caused by a number of things so you have to work through each step to find the solution.

Since when does troubleshooting ruin your OS? If something is risky we would not advise it.

Try System Restore if you create any restore point. or Just Reinstall VEW Event Viewer may fix this.
