Are you having any problems - or is this just an error that's upsetting you?
If not having any problems, I'd suggest just ignoring it - as the problems it's reporting are often not even a part of the OS (and may be due to poor coding).

Please zip up and upload the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log file so we can have a look at it.

Did you run SFC.EXE before installing any programs or updates? If so, at what point did SFC.EXE start pointing out unfixable errors.
Did you install Windows without being connected to the internet? W
hat other customizations did you make?
Is the installation DVD a retail copy of Windows from Microsoft, an OEM copy from a computer manufacturer, a copy from some other place?
