I'm not sure whether this is in the right spot but here goes...
I did a system restore -> now I'm getting errors constantly! It says, "Error loading signature xml from sigs.xml" to basically every program I attempt to open. It won't even let me delete the shortcut. I deleted about 10 programs before the system restore, and these programs seem to be reinstalled now, however it shows that error when opening it. I also cannot go into the "add or remove programs" and delete it. The same thing happens. I'm not sure what to do? I can't reformat my operating system because W7 came with the computer and none of our CDs at home match my current OS (e.g. the bits are different).
