    I need to get update to end, so I can install an new update.

    Welcome to the SevenForums raymm. :)

    If necessary go into "Task Manager" and force an "End Process." If that doesn't work then attempt a "Restart", and finally if that won't fix the problem, then do a "Force Shutdown" by holding your computers "Power Button" for at least five seconds. From there do a restart and see what happens. Please let us know the out come. :)

    what do you mean it never ends.? time frame needed.
    Are you refering to another UPDATE listed on some other FORUM?
