Graphics Intel(R) HD Graphics 5.5
Gaming graphics 1696 MB Total available graphics memory 5.9
Primary Hard disk 404GB Free (466GB Total) 5.9

My computer Intel
Model MOBO Dh67BL_
16.0GB Momory
System type 64-bit operating system
Number of processor core 4

Display adapter type Intel(R) HD Graphics
Total available graphics memory 1696 MB
Dedicated graphics memory 64 MB

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1, Windows 8.1 Pro x64
 
 

You would need to add a better graphics card.
Also to get above 5.9 for your hard drive, you will need to use an SSD (solid state drive) for Windows 7.

If your computer is working satisfactorily, then I won't worry about the subscores.
