guys, thanks a lot for the inputs.
If the defrager checks the drive once a month, or a week, I wouldn't bother monitor it. However when it analyzes every day, I then would like to know if i set sth wrong. It's an annoying thing I just happen to find.
I'll turn off the defrag scheduler first and monitor a few days and look whether it helps. If not, I'll then turn off defrag completely. I'll let you know what I find.
Any idea how to find the origin of the defrag event? like which program called it with what options
