Perfmon.exe /report not generating after installing bluetooth driver

I have a HP 630 notebook with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. When I tried to generate a system health report I am getting a time out error. So I went through many threads here about this problem but could not find a solution. Finally I made a clean Install and ran the perfmon.exe and found that I could generate the report. But when I installed the recommended driver Atheros Bluetooth driver(64) from HP's site, the report generation failed and gives time out error. My dilemma is that if I uninstall the bluetooth driver I can run system health report but bluetooth will not work. What am I to do to get both?

Here's something from the helpfiles

Quote:
You can also create a new report for a data collector set by typing perfmon /report "Data_Collector_Set_name" at a command prompt. Typing perfmon /report without any other parameters will generate the System Diagnostics report.

hmmm

Time out error usually occur if you are trying to do report for a remote computer.

Are you using the templates or manually creating it ?? I am presuming you are under the administrative group .... because certain report can only be modified or created by this group.

What are your data collector sets for this report...

I am using the templates and not manually creating. On expanding the newly created collector set in the Reports folder, I am getting only the graphical display and not the one in the report format.

Right click on the HP-PC_20... report > then View > Then Report again.. !!! what you have is the process monitor view...
and you also have the folder view ...

If you still want me to look into it.... Download teamviewer QS and i can help you remotely.
