Start over and reinstall this time using the same Best Practices in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 based on countless thousands of installs we've helped with here.
Pay particular attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 because it is not at all like XP. Win7 is the authority on its own drivers so you should use the ones given by the installer and quickly updated via optional Updates when you enable Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware.
Only change out drivers which are traced to performance issues.
In your case with the bootleg copy previously used I would also wipe the SSD of boot code with Diskpart Clean Command.
If the problem persists through the optimized perfect Clean Reinstall then work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 which should turn up clues for the problem whether hardware or software.
