Slow boot with M4 Crucial after re-install of Windows

Start over and reinstall this time using the same Best Practices in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 based on countless thousands of installs we've helped with here.

Pay particular attention to how drivers are handled in Win7 because it is not at all like XP. Win7 is the authority on its own drivers so you should use the ones given by the installer and quickly updated via optional Updates when you enable Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware.

Only change out drivers which are traced to performance issues.

In your case with the bootleg copy previously used I would also wipe the SSD of boot code with Diskpart Clean Command.

If the problem persists through the optimized perfect Clean Reinstall then work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 which should turn up clues for the problem whether hardware or software.

If these fail you can always get the definitive cause of a slow boot by Gathering a Startup, Shutdown, Sleep, Hibernate, or Reboot Trace - Windows 7 Forums

Uploaded the Applications and Service Logs!
Also I can't upload the bootlog because it is too large, even zipped up. What do you want me to do with it?

they had some issues with previous versions...I know I had 1 with 0309 crap boot times...updated it made a world of difference. Just a thought

Updated it to 000F because it was running slow after the OS reinstall.

I never had updated the firmware before and it was extremely quick... so it isn't that. Thanks for asking though!

You can upload it to skydrive, dropbox or rapidshare etc and post a link here.

Could you disable Gigabyte update manager and reboot and check again.... this has taken almost 20 to 30 sec to complete during boot to desktop....

It is not in my MSCONFIG Services/Startup and I have no clue where to find it.

I tried google searching but with no luck... It's gotta be somewhere. BIOS maybe? let me restart and check.
