Update Wireless driver, under Network Adapters.

Do you plan to do the other steps?

I went to Windows Update and saw an option to update Broadcom. I did that. Then I went to Device Manager and tried to update all of the things under Network Adapters. They were all up to date.

I was referring to this post. I took the time and thought to type out four steps for you, going to get the links and organizing them. You answered the first step and just ignored the others like they weren't even there.

Fixing a problem like this requires utter thoroughness and eagerness to get through the steps. If you have questions, ask back, but don't just try one thing and drop three others without a mention.

Rightclick the connection icon to run the Troubleshooter.

Install Malwarebytes to run a full scan.

Flush the DNS Server.

I did not see that, sorry. I tried all of those steps. The problem still remains.

If you want to continue troubleshooting working up to a possible Clean Reinstall if necessary, these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 will familiarize you with reading the logs to find repeat errors to resolve, using System resources to find Solutions to Problems, other tests and repairs.

If you decide to go for the Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 I would wipe the HD of boot code using Diskpart Clean Command first as this can interfere and solves many install problems we have here. You'll also know you have the cleanest slate to get a perfect install by following the steps in the tutorial. Keep us posted and we'll have your back.
