Latency Issues after upgrading to Windows 7.

    tried it ! didn't work. im spiking into 100 ping now :/ I downloaded a program called Driver Genius and updated '30 out of date' drivers, still no luck either.

    What the hell is wrong !? I've tried everything !

    Here is something you may not have tried :

    Network usage causes high DPC Latency

    Go down to post #37. See if what he describes matches what you see.
