    Okay, I closed all start ups and services other than microsoft services. Surprisingly, the cpu is still 100%.

    Hang in there Kevin. It takes time. Is this computer running well enough to run a little program so we know what kind of computer we are working with?
    Speccy - System Information - Free Download
    Post the information this programs gives you.
    How many problems did Malwarebytes find and what were they?
    Malwarebytes removes malware. Have you run MSE, Microsoft Security Essentials anti virus?
    You are getting a lot of help so it's kind of hard to follow.
    If you could make a list of everything you have done so far and the results.
    The computer must be clean of infection before doing much more of anything else.

    You might give Process Explorer a shot to see what resources the offending svchosts are servicing:
