    Processor Power Management in game

    Hello,
I would like to ask you about my problem in Window 7 professional 32bit.
I just reinstall it, and update it. But when I change Processor Power Management at 5% min and 80% max in power plan at both battery and plugin, so when I am in Windows everything works fine, but when I start a game in full-screen, this power plan will change to 100% for max and min, and stay like that.

I change it as Administrator. It is on laptop Toshiba A300D.
But before this last reinstall everything works fine. Really don't know where problem is.
    Have you any ideas? Thanks.

Nope, I haven't, but after I installed it,with some more officall Tosbiba Drivers, It doesn't help at all.
There has to be something what make it change after some game is started or anything.
AMD VISION Engine is doing the same as in Windows.
    I have no idea
