I don't see a specific setting for that either in the bios. Have you tried to see if it works with bios default settings?

No. I never did try it with the Bios defaults, but I never really changed any settings other than fan settings. When i had WOL enabled in the device manager my computer would wake itself immediately from s3/sleep mode. maybe there just isn't a setting for it.

There is only two setting in your Bios under Advanced > APM >

    1. Power On By PCIE/PCI : enable the PCIE or PCI to generate a wake event
    2. Power On By RTC :enable the RTC (RealTime Clock) to generate a wake event

But these are not related to WOL ..you could enable this in Windows under the drivers eg: Network, keyboard, mouse etc...

Thanks for checking for me. I have heard about those two settings on other forums. I already have enabled WOL via the device manager, but to no avail. Oh well, thanks anyway guys.

maybe he wants to turn on his home PC, from his workplace.
which many misunderstand with the WOL, its a program you need to install.

or i have installed a program to do it for me on my Rampage IV formular

I was going to wol a computer on the same network as the host computer. I have installed a program that would be able to send the magic packets, but it doesn't seem like WOL is available on wither of the computers.
