Solved High RAM Usage after reinstalling windows

Before I reinstalled win7 My RAM usage was about 40-60 with about 100 processes active
Now...

65 processes And im using 70-80% of RAM

Anyone have any performance tweaks that will help

Lol seriously, you have 2Gb installed, windows uses 75% of your ram and you go and open a thread about it? Let windows use the ram, actually, drop in a couple of more gb and enjoy a better responding OS.

i have the same problem but i bought a new Dell laptop with core i7 6MB cache
16 GB RAM
now when the windows is ideal it consumes 3.5 GB from RAM
so what is the problem
