Also up-time of 16 days. A restart now and then might help as well.
I don't like to restart I bought my PC 2-3 months ago. The first month everything was ok. Then I decided to restart in order to install security updates (I think I kept it open for 1 additional month) and after then I use my PC for 1 week without problems, but then after 1-2 days this problem appears and I have to either restart or close applications. So I'm looking for another solution.

If you are keep all the pages open and not restarting your computer your problem will not go away.
How many utorrents/P2P do you have running at one time?

So far, nothing you've stated about your computer usage has shown why Windows would need to use 10GB of memory in normal use. Stormy13 is right that 215 processes is an insanely high number of processes as well.

Help us get an idea of what's installed on your system and what programs are running at startup by performing the following two things and posting them back here:

I've updated my specs with the more useful info. Since I built my system, I added few more details about some specs that programs can't find.

I only run utorrent.

Well, this show my installed programs, but this doesn't mean that I run them. Well here's a list of what I'm running:
Chrome (each tab is a process, so 100 from these 200+ processes are chrome)
Photoshop
Ftp Client
10-20 Notepads
Firefox
Internet Explorer
Word
Utorrent
VMWare
MS Paint
TeamViewer
CMD windows
Apache Server
MySQL
e.t.c
The rest are system drivers (check this pic: http://img641.imageshack.us/img641/7444/procvl.png)

So as you can see I need all these. Well maybe 215 processes is an insanely high number, but my system should be able to run them.

We need the list of everything installed on your system as the link shows you how to do, not just what you're running. Please follow the instructions in both of the links and paste their output here.

Nope, it just an out of memory error. The message could be from one application not from windows though. Windows somehow understand that something's wrong with the memory and decide to disable the aero. I try to re-enable aero by restarting the UXSMS service. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
If it disables aero and I keep pushing it and run new programs, the screen becomes weird. Most of my screen becomes black and part of my screen appears from time to time (e.g. programs running, or i could see the taskbar but in the top e.t.c.). When I'll close one from my running applications, the screen will become normal and if I close a few more I can re-enable aero.

The solution to the problem might depend on whether it's Windows issuing the error (denoting a system level problem) or a specific program issuing the error (denoting an issue only with a particular program). So, it would be good to find that out and post up the error when you receive it again for us to try and determine that.
