I can't find it myself either! Let me know what you're trying to find out/do and I'll see if I can help.

I was never a boy scout but I do like to be prepared if anything should go wrong and when I saw a troubleshooting guide mentioned in the manual thought I would download it for if and when I should need it.Searched all over the devolo internet site and nary a mention of said guide. Not very impressed with the standard of service being offered by devolo as I sent an e-mail with a query a few days ago and still failed to receive a reply as yet.

oxymoronO2,found the much acclaimed "Troubleshooting Guide"and what a let down.Go to cockpit and click on the spanner and gear icon and there is the troubleshooting guide, about three or four pictures of connecting appliances. There was me expecting some technical expertise and lengthy explanations on how to rectify possible faults and all I find is a few pictures.Maybe this equipment doesn't develop faults?.

I'm yet to find a product in the modern world which doesn't develop faults, but fingers crossed!

Homeplug technology is fairly simple though (it's only setting it up which is a PitA), so any problems now will most likely be down to a legitimate fault, so just get the units replaced under your normal warranty :)

Thankfully everything is working fine with no problems and hope it stays that way as the increase in signal strength has surpassed my expectations.Just wanted the troubleshooting guide to have it handy in the event of problems in the future.Must say I am pleased with the product but disappointed with the slow response from devolo, still waiting for a reply to an e-mail I sent on Tuesday.

Must retract what I said about having to wait for reply from devolo.Sent two requests today and received replies to both within hours so no grumbles there, well done devolo.
