have you tried
>bootrec /rebuildbcd
as suggested earlier?
Remember you need to running at a command prompt after booting from an installation disk or a system repair disk.

Yes I did and it didn't make any difference. But I just fixed it! I did remove the linefrom the boot.ini I found when I opened "edit legacy entries" option from EasyBCD. Now it goes straight to load the system!HTML Code:C:\cmdcons\bootsect.dat="Microsoft Windows Recovery Console" /cmdcons
I have to thank you all because without posting it here and getting the responses I got, I'm sure I was not going to dig in it!
Feels good to have it resolved!
How was Recovery console added to boot manager in the first place? Do you know?
It is supposed to be on the F8 Advanced Boot Options menu.
Check now to see that it appears there.

That could be it.
Why do you have a boot.ini file on your active partition?
No idea.. I'll check the F8 option now..
Thanks
No idea! I know there should not be one. But there is...
Nop, just Windows 7..
Now that I'm thinking it might have been (I am not sure) once I made "clean up" to my computer. The procedure included ComboFix and I think at some point it installs the Windows Recovery console. Could that be?
Run a few passes of Startup Repair to see if it finds anything to repair.
Then post up a screenshot of your maximized Disk Mgmt drive map and listings, using the Snipping Tool in Start menu.
