1.most of the time i see that my CPU usage is high
2.on new games on highest settings the game runs slow and i have tried the new wolfenstein and on highest settings its slow while my friend with the same laptop as mine but with processor t6400 and win 7 x86 told me that on highest settings its runs fine.

i wondering if i should try the win 7 x86 instrad of the x64?

It's got nothing to do with "bitness" (32-bit versus 64-bit). There's something running on your machine - but not your mate's - which is slowing things down.

If you go into task manager, processes tab, and sort by the CPU column, which process is responsible for the background utilisation that you're reporting?

Something must be different, so pls check what the previous post suggested.

Go through processes in taskmanager, see which processes are taking up resources.
