How to clean "Recovery C"

    I cant select it any longer because ive already made previous changes

    You now have Recovery as C and the OS partition as R.

    The exact opposite of what you need.

    Click in that "assign the following drive letter" area and choose another letter from the dropdown arrow at the right, such as K, L, or M.

    If that succeeds, post another picture.

    Recovery.

    Then post another pic.

    Your goal:

    Recovery as K, L, M, or some other lower letter in the alphabet.

    OS as C.

    For now, just rename recovery and show a pic.

    I cannot change Recovery to K/L/M, I pressed remove but this pops up.. i have not pressed yes.

    Why would you click "remove"?

    Do you understand to change to K or L or M, not "K/L/M"??

    What happened when you followed the instructions in post 23, which were:


    Click in that "assign the following drive letter" area and choose another letter from the dropdown arrow at the right, such as K, L, or M.

    i used the forward slash key to substitute for "or"
    i cannot click on "change" so cannot access the drop down menu

    Highlight Recovery (C)\R in that picture and see if the change button is enabled.

    If it is, choose change.

    Post another picture.
