    is there a database or something that would say what is the typical score a specific cpu, gpu etc

    Hum am not real sure of what you need pedroc as this just gives the performance based on the items listed and is based on the lowest scoring hardware device.

    I don't know if you can individualise it out really as an example I upped my score in my main laptop by adding more RAM and a desktop by a speedier CPU.

    Hi Pedroc,

    Maybe you mean something like this?

    These don't relate to the Windows Experiance Index though:
    CPU's - PassMark Software - CPU Benchmark Charts
    Video Cards - PassMark Software - Video Card Benchmark Charts

    The charts give you a comparison look at different processors based on the PassMark score.
