Constant System Configuration Message at Startup Hey,
I've made some changes to my startup configuration in MSCONFIG.
(BTW, I'm running Windows Vista 32-bit on this computer, not my original rig)
But now, every time I start my computer, I get this message.
I always check the box for "never show this message again", but it doesn't work.
Plz help, thanks! | My System Specs |

Yup, Windows boots awesome
I can't post screenshot, because the MSCONFIG window doesn't maximize, so not everything could be shown in the screenshot.

I would change the settings back for now, and from your system specifications, your system seems to be purchased from a retailer, therefore I would recommend removing all the third-party software which can corrupt your system. Clean Up Factory Bloatware
Hope this helps,

Not that noticeably, but the programs I've disabled used to keep nagging me at startup about how my printer was disconnected (I keep my printer off unless I use it). | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Hewlett-Packard Pavilion g6 Notebook PC OS Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 CPU AMD Phenom(tm) II P960 Quad-Core Processor Motherboard Hewlett-Packard 1697 Memory 4GB DIMM 1066Mhz Micron Technology, 2GB DIMM 1066Mhz Ramaxel Graphics Card AMD M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 Sound Card AMD HDMI Output Monitor(s) Displays Philips 40PFL4707/F7 40" LED TV Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Dell SK-8115 Mouse Logitech M325, Synaptics TouchPad Hard Drives Hitachi HTS547575A9E384 SATA Disk Device (698.64GB) Internet Speed Rogers Express (25Mbps Down, 2Mbps Up) Other Info Optical Drive: HP CDDVDW TS-L633R
